Irish Carbomb Raids.
 

Ok, Neverender and I are almost 60. We have been talking and are going to start doing Driveby Raids. The basic premise is we will pick random Horde towns on random days and spend 30 minutes there raise a ruckus, then move to the next city.

We will be drinking Irish Carbombs before during and after each city. So we have decided to call this "Irish Carbomb Raids"

Our First one is Tomorrow 5:30pm et (03-03 1730et or 2030 gmt)

Below is a list of the cities we are going to hit.

So if you are on, and want to join in, or just watch us get pulverized, send us a tell and we will invite you. All levels are welcome. Our main goal is to have fun.

If you hit Stranglethorn after 8:30-ish, I will join in ... just keep guild chat busy with where you are ... I'm questing in STV right now neway, so my non-mounted self will be able to join in then (+ I'll be back from work).

On a side, note When we get to Orgrimmar, we will be very toasted.

Maybe we can make these raids a drinking game, every time you die, you have to take a shot or a drink.

Sounds like a good fun idea tho, better on a PvP server cause in splintertree lvl 60 allys raise all hell... good times... good times.

Ok, To be clear, Tonight is the night of the first Irish Carbomb Raid.

After work I am going to get the Guinness, Bailys and Jamensons.

Well all in all, I think the first night was a success, and personally, I'd like to repeat it again. Honestly, I SUCK at PvP, I have no clue how to handle myself. SO, this is great practice and it only takes 5-10 minutes for a group of Horde to gather in resistance. Low-pop pvp is the key here, folks. 5 on 5....or in Lards case last night at Splintertree Post, 6 on 1 ;)

I died about 8 or 10 times, but only 14s in repairs and had good regular laughs.

I even got an apology thread on the official Dalaran forum on the website :)

If we keep this up on a regular basis, we will be famous :lol:

p.s. The one thing that kinda makes me mad is that even in n00b towns, level 55 elite gaurds just spawn out of no where, how the hell are we supposed to take control of a town when there's cheapness like that going on? We should be waiting for players to come the town's rescue, not constantly fighting clone guards from nowhere, that kinda takes the fun away.

I'll be on tonight, either raiding a mini village solo or with the help of some other bored guildies....I don't know about you, but I'm in no rush to hit 60....the end-game is void.

I changed my mind about the drinks when I got in the store, Sambuca, and Tequila where singing to me, and who could resist Happy Vodka.

Last night was fun, I had a blast.

Haha, to learn from the cheap move that was done on me, I pvp timed out because I was being camped, then rezzed. This 56 warlock wanted to duel and insisted etc, so I finally relented, I had him down to almost nothing (and he had the same on me), then he feared me into one of the NPC mobs outside splintertree and I died. However, I wasn't pvp tagged, which is contrary to my expectation, we'll see if it happens again.

Nev's thread here, all the dalaran celebrities are here, we definitely need to keep it up.
