New Website!

i've finally finished and worked out a lot of the bugs (as it turns out, IE is a lot more picky about CSS than firefox, which let me get away with minor math errors) for the replacement to my old site. Yes, i finished that one not too long ago, and details on that are in my blog. i'd like some critque on aethetics and functionality, excluding the portfolio, which is going on hold until i finish the thing for celtic. how can i make this better? how can i draw people back to it?
