If you notice that I act over-emotionally over the coming weeks, or depressed, or just less fun to be around, I apoligise. Due to some pretty serious real-life issues, I am feeling extremely depressed. I confided to a couple of you, but, if you read this, don't pass it any further. Please.

Again, if I act like a total asshole, I apoligise. It's not my fault.

For that same reason, sporadic activity may also occur. I hope you'll understand.

I shall try to uphold my commitments here, but it caused me to leave the meeting for a while. Sorry about that, but I tried to stay on for as long as I could focus.
