2/7 Tuesday I am sad in the pants....

Don't get me wrong, I am estatic that we downed Vael and the Broodlord in very very minimal attemps. However, I am sad that Blizzard sucks and my boy Waib can't stay in a freaking instance for 5 minutes without getting a critical error. Hopefully today's maintenance fixes the issue since I know Holy and Adeste have also had the same problem. I feel his frustration and it sucks to not be able to help the guild because you are afraid of what might happen if you D/C. I hear he may have to reinstall windows to fix the problem, but whatever it is, I hope it gets solved soon.

Back to the kills, a huge shout out to every tank but me. I say that not because I sucked last night or anything, but because my job is sort of simple on Vael. I spam sunder and HS until I get BA, move left and spam cleave; not very hard and really straightforward. However, the other tanks have it hard, yet everyone single f'ing one of them nailed the transition last night, and Vael dropped like a hookers pants on dollar day. Congratulations to all the tanks on a job well done!

Next a public shout out to the herb pickers in the guild. Those nice flasks that you provide are sexy sweet and are irreplaceable. Your hard work really shows off on the Broodlord fights, and I thank you dearly. Keep up the hardwork ladies and gents, we really do appreciate it.

Firewater sucks! I mean I love using it, but it is so buggy. Mike claims otherwise and maybe he is just lucky, but I wasted 4 waters last night because the effect didn't take hold. I shoudl probably report it, but I would rather bitch about it.

Tonight we run Waib through Living Strat (I think) because he won last weeks lottery. So if anyone is bored, please join us. It will be uber fast and gankalicious. Just know you don't get to keep anything but the gold you pick up and any trash Waib doesn't want. I hope he empties his bags before he comes.

Speaking of lottery, he Winsome, what is the turn in for this week? I have decided I can use this to my advantage to get people to hit the Emp with me to get my trinket. Unless of course, I can hit 7-8 people up to hit the Emp before we do Strat :)

Btw, have I mentioned how much I love the mace? If not, I <3 it much and will stroke it daily to keep it happy! I just happened to be talking to Gadi about it when I noticed that when DWing, I have 424 def! I can now pull an MVB and DW tank.....well once I get said trinket. Oh did I mention that I almost have as much stamina DWing as I do 1H + Shield! O Heaven!

I hate having this cold! It makes me so tired that I'm done by 10pm. I wanted to stay last night and help with Firemaw, but figured that if I was falling asleep, I wouldn't be any good to the group. (Also, when I'm sick, if I don't get enough sleep I will be really pissy at work the next day and that's not a good way to interact with teenagers!)

I will be on tonight, so if you need/want another for scarlet strat, let me know and I'll go along (I might be on Eiithne so just pst her and I'll switch toons).

Also, something I forgot to mention earlier. I would like to thank Mike and the leadership for allowing the RS folks to fill in during our times of need. They are really good people, and if by helping us, they learn the fights and are able to succeed all the better.

Oh and grats to all the winners last night! I had a huge dilemma last night on rolling for the boots. The more I think about it the more I should have just rolled, because these points are pretty much going to sit here and rot, and then goto waste. Either way, grats to Gadi on the boots, and grats to Bal on the trinket, and grats to everyone else who won.

We will do Waib's Scarlet Strat run tonight, assuming he can get on (Sorry Waib!).

I will announce the next lottery once this one has been paid. Management has made a couple of requests - I will confirm the desired item with them tonight.

The main thing is, I want this one paid before I start the next one. If all goes as I suspect it will, Waib will make . . . significant money. And once I post the booty list he claims for this prize, I think you'll see an uptick in interest in participation (not that 200 eels was bad).

Once I get the pants I won't regret it either, but until that date I will wonder. I was hoping Gadi was saving points and would pass on the boots, but he is now at 4/8 on wrath so I can't blame him. I will only blame Gadi if he doesn't have enough crystals by the time the binding drops.

if i remember right, we cleared part or all of the goblins 3 times (firemaw wipe, firemaw kill, firemaw wipe) and have only gotten 1 ore so... However, I know that lard has 2 in the bank that he aquired. Now to get those bars back from belhop :nyah:

I had some good luck farming the other day so I'm hoping to get a hold of some more crystals on the AH this week but the price of them has been rising steadily lately so I may try and wait it out a little longer (they are 20+gold now, when I have in the past bought them for 15-18g)
