no, its not, sindce i can do it :P its easy actually, u need to walk, with the / as default key to activate walk, and catch a line to walk on, advised to aim a bit more down to stay on the line, if u move to much up you will fall

Yep, but since it's so easy many people can do it, which makes it less cool. And it caused a major bug during the first few weeks of WSG. Flag carriers could hide outside the actual BG! It is good that they remove it before they discover some more "walking lines" in WSG! Patch 1.9 is comming tomorrow ^^
