I asked a GM...

He said it's against the terms of use, because it causes hell with the loot tables (bear from Plaguelands dying in Tirisfal).

So, that's not advised. Alternatively, try pulling a scarlet scout instead ;) Should still be able to kill anyone in Brill. On the other hand, Blizzard have front-paged screenshots of Hogger, a level 10 elite in Elwynn, being pulled to Undercity, so it's a bit ambiguous.

What about half the DM guards to Camp Mojache? Must cause pretty much hell too. All we need is some good timing and a good healer!

or we could get the 60 elite dragon infront of a portal north west of camp mojache (at the top left of that piece of map) and along with his dragonkins :P only problem is he 1 shot me for 2500 :tantrum: and i was about lvl 48 then so a 60 tank warr will get about... 1000-1500?

Step 1: Get a Hunter
Step 2: Turn on aspect of the pack
Step 3: Pull and retag every 6 seconds with arcane shot

Pull something anywhere you want! :)
