As I wait here for MVB to post tonight's roster, it dawned on me that I am at work, 2 days before a nice 10 day paid holiday. What is really amazing though, is how unproductive I am going to be over the next day and a half. Do employers really think any real work will get done? I mean sure I will get a document reviewed, but I really think that will be about it. I know tomorrow will be worthless. Half the building will already be gone and everyone will be talking rather than grinding out the software we are supposed to be producing.
Anyway, Grats to Shad for finally being done. Now go get a job.
Grats to Fin for hopefully taking down his second demon today. Thibz says the BS demon is probably the easiest, but I think it also has the highest chance of failure do to outside interference. The traffic in BS is just too high, and ppl are very uninformed.
Just think, in 4 days most of us will have new toys to play thanks to our fellow guildmates. Unfortunately, one of the things I asked for is now obsolete (to me anyway) thanks to other drops I have picked up along the way. It wasn't by choice, more by luck. Anyway, I can't wait to see what I got!

Today is my office's Christmas party, I'm going to get drunk b4 1pm, that's a good thing.
Fin/Chu, the BS demon is actually the 2nd hardest to do, and yes do to the high traffic area outside interferance is a very high factor. My suggestion is to start the event at the foot of the hill on the road going up to the Altar of Storms, kite him back and forth on the road. Less chance of aggro by other mobs and less chance of unwanted traffic. Some pointers: Don't turn and run having your back to Kilfarn, he'll stun you. Straffe. If you have a 2hander use it, since this is mostly a melee fight. Be sure to use your highest lvl of Scorpid sting, don't use Tranq Shot, waste of mana. Do not use your melee specials except for Wing Clip, be sure to use the highest rank.
Here's the timing: Start, set Imolation trap. Hunter's Mark, Aimed shot. He'll enrage/frenzy. Fire Scorpid Sting. Melee auto attack, 2 hits w/ auto then wing clip, straff into range, fire a few autoshots, enrange, scorpid, rinse and repeat.
Elixir of demonslaying works wonders w/ this fight. Bring a mana pot. Remember scorpid sting for the win!
In other news. Hopefully some hunters will be 8/8 GS by the end of tonight's raid. Happy Hunting.

We have our office party today too but no alcohol allow since we are still expected to work:(
However this is the slow time of the year for us and my workload will be relaxed. I'm looking forward to the New Year and the new challenges it will bring us:)

Grenwich you are obviously too serious for this thread. Looking forward to new challenges at work? Meh, I get the same ol' same ol' for at least 4 more months. Stop thinking about next year when you still have 10 days to live up this year!

Sorry this took so long, I took a rather relaxing lunch, but Thibz now that is a blog entry. Lots of good enough and plenty of topics to bite into.
I will attack this whole christmas party thing again. I am with you 100%, Christmas parties deserve alcohol. They are year end bashes where ppl are supposed to let loose, carry on, and make fools of themselves. I realize ppl can have a good time without alcohol, but alcohol makes ppl act stupid and therefore the stories are so much better afterwards. Our Christmas party pretty much died out once they stopped providing alcohol. It seems superficial but there is little incentive to go hang out with people from work away from work unless they aren't going to act like their normal stuffy selves. People tend to loosen up when they see the big boss getting tanked.
