This console is seriously Amazing!, The graphics on the game is like cinimatic!

correction, the game is amazing, it's even more amazing on the PC.

The consol is nothing, it's just a box with the pieces in it that wont stand up to any modern computer.

Why is everyone hyping the 360 so much???? I went to Bestbuy the day after thanksgiving. Played COD2 playable demo on the 360 (i had just d-loaded and played the demo on my pc earlier that day). Yes it looks nice and fast on the 360, but nothing like it did on my pc. I play it will all graphics turned up(except directx9 rendering, that's for SLI machines). Most people don't stop and read specs on the 360. Yes it has 4 processors, and yes it has a nice vid card, and yes it has 512 megs of ram, but nobody seems to realize that the ram is "UNIFIED", which means the system shares the mem with the vidcard.

Anyway, COD2 rocks ass. If anyone is going to start up played online under TLSC name, I'm in.

CoD2 rocks so hard! Got everything maxed out thanks to my new gaming comp. Comp is only like 1month old and man is she pretty. 7800 SLI card, 4 gig ram 3.4 proc she is a BEAST!

I would play CoD2 online under the TLSC tag but I tend to make enemy's real fast the way it is. *i'm the sniper guy*

Tried it out on the 360. Wasn't really impressed with the game, or the 360 itself. Graphics weren't as good as I had hoped. Having to pay several hundred bucks for eye candy and having crappy animations, crappy explosions, crappy fire, crappy smoke is very weak. Not even mentioning the AI. You'd think this super console could perform a little better. If I played it on my PC, I'm sure I'd love the graphics, as my PC blows it away.

As for the gameplay, it still feels lacking (in all of the games I tried). Improving graphics does not improve gameplay, but only immersion. Gameplay should be the focus, immersion should come second.

OMFG you can play Games on a 360 but you can play them better on a PC, and gaming is just a tiny part of a PC, a console could never be better. (end of story)

TiB of memory, processing power, or ram? Be more specific you dolt :p I actually have a TiB of HD space. The 360 does not have anything close to a TiB unless they fudged some numbers.

terrabites or terrabytes. 1 bit=8 bytes iirc, so your really only talking about a WHOPPING 125 gigs of hd space. WOW! I have what, twice that in my computer?

I'm half way through this game... lots and lots of sniping... nice game... but the scripting is also very noticable... you cross a certain point and the enemy comes at you... never cross that point and the enemy just sits there.

So for example, what do a lot is run out to a point where htey'll start comgin and then retreat to a good ambush position... they come running like lemmings... :lol:

... yeah... but they have a disturbing habit of being able to be shot a few times in the head without dying... Typically they die in one shot... but I've had them live to three... one to face... one to brain pan... one to eye... still alive...
