I'm playing it right now. Missions are short. But gameplay is good, pretty standard for an rts. Beats DoW in all areas except graphics/camera.

missions aint that short psy i think there quite long actualy (after the first few) but i agree i think it beats dow.in most areas

Except Rohan seems a bit overpowered...

Very powerful cavalry (charge insta kills first few ranks of your units)

Elven Archers (archers decimate everything in this game)

Walls (which can actually be pretty useful)

And a HUGE assortment of heroes, including Aragorn, Gimli, Legolas, Eomer, Eowyn, and Theoden (all of which are more than capable in combat.)

Yeah I am iffy on rohan cavarly - simply trample the enemy lol. Not so easy tho if enemy has a crapload of those long as shit spears.

And yes the dl is a dvd img. When i said missions are short - Moria mission is short, westfold is short as hell but it might be due to rohan power observation. Lothlorien was fun, a crapload of trolls to save the elves from, and as you all know I have an afinity for elves :P.

Still liking it altho i wish it had DoW camera.

When your insanely overpowered cavalry can't beat the spears, just fall back to your insanely overpowered archers, or any number of your insanely overpowered heros lol. Legolas single handedly defended my base from 2 medium CPUS for a whole game.

Can't play it anymore though, we used virtual CDs at the lan, and now I can't find a crack (until I can purchase the full version that is, gotta have the MP).

yes i agree rohan is very very overpower
but.....
they can be beating
if u simply get wargs into them with support fire from crossbowmen then fall pretty easy.
same with any race u just get there cavelry and archers.

I like Mordor, huge hordes of free orcs (with darkness, eye of sauron, drummers, witch king) they get pretty powerful. And Trolls are always fun too, as are Mamakils.

i think evil side pwn, but havent tried yet :s, evil side are masser, but good side, not masser, but more deadly units i think. but u still can mass with all races if u make lot ( food thing ) dont know the name of buldings in game, ahh farms, and slaughterhouese lol, i really wanna play that game. can someone say URUKS ARE COOL?

I play LOTR BFME too its pretty good, Looks totally amazing, not 100% sure as i have only had it a few days now but it does look great. I Play Mordor, orks are very very suckie, but they are free yay, build bloody thousands of em Trolls are tuff though lol

Not even wargs/ pikeman/bows etc can stop my rohan cavarly - wtf? I mean they can but you need a shitload of wargs. Ah well still lerning counters and such.... lack of manual is a bitch :P
