i have just formatted my pc.. and this shit has gotten wery low fps.. it worked fine before.. i have been updating so many driver i dont know.. my specs is as following
Abit NF7-S2(G) (5 PCI, 1 AGP, 3 DDR DIMM, Audio, LAN)
AMD Athlon XP-A, 1150 MHz (11.5 x 100)
nVIDIA nForce2 Ultra 400
512 Mb (DDR SDRAM)
RADEON 9800 SE Secondary (128 Mb)
RADEON 9800 SE (128 Mb)
ATI Radeon 9800 SE (R350)

i know the cpu sucks... the guys at supprt took my 1,9ghz and gave me a 1,1ghz... but does this have so much to say? like... this pc lags in windows ffs

I would Check Drivers and Windows Updates. What game are you getting low FPS by the way?

You sure you havent been drinking? that can cause low fps too.

A dcrease from 1.9 to 1.1 is VERY significant imho afaik. That "support guy" had no right giving you a lower processor instead of your old one. Unless you specifically bought the 1.1 given the 1.9 was out of warranty or something...

Only SATA harddrives and WD Raptors doesn't require defragging(Sometimes they even do require it), and maybe some IDE in RAID config.
But generally all Harddrives require maintainance once in a while. Specially if you use unstable OS such as Windows.
As for Mole,
You sir have been ripped-off by the tech support guy. Submit a complaint and a claim to their company.

Though a 9800 se is a peace of shit if it just started then it’s not that. Make sure you graphics texture quality mip-mapping and set to a reasonable setting and antialiasing is off as well as antiseptic filtering. You may do this my right clicking you desktop in the menu that comes up go-to properties then settings > advanced >ATI 3D> direct 3d custom then open-gl custom.
