First step is REDUCE YOUR SIG SIZE SO IT DOESNT TAKE UP 1/2 A PAGE.

second step is to pass the swahili ball massage egzamination test, level 2a, which means 18 hours straight on 36 members (justice is the sensei, so ask him for advices)

Forum admin is based on trust and contribution. Right now, only MVB, Angel, and I are admins, because MVB is Commander, I am webpage manager, and Angel owns the website.
HOWEVER, being forum admin is not the most important position in TLSC, as it is mostly just behind the scenes and managing of the way the forum works. The real importance lies in all the members and those who WANT to help. Anyone who truly wants to help is always rewarded and is promoted through time and patience.
I wanted to help TLSC when I first joined four years ago, so I recruited like crazy and gained TLSC like 30 members or something. I was promoted gradually and was made defacto second-in-command after a few months. The webpage needed help so I took initiative and helped with that too.
So be friendly, helpful, and offer some good input (this upcoming meeting would be a good place for you to start getting involved), and you'll be an officer in no time.
PS: You need to reduce the size of your signature considerably, or I will remove it.

"Justice is the sensei?"
Hey thanks, I never thought of it that way.
btw, Tayos, there isn't really much need for more administrators. However, we have plenty of opportunities for new people who haven't proven their potential, as well as people who have been in TLSC for a while who finally want to take on some serious responsibility, in the form of veteran and officer status.

Eluuka is like a third of laser's age yet he is twice as mature...Still Laser is an officer. :(
And the rest of us are N00b McNobodys. Or maybe it's cuz I don't play any TLSC games
Actually I DO play Halo 2 :) That counts...right?

Ok, I have a new method for finding new admins. You wait for 2 people who want to be Admin. Then make them play Russian Roulette. The winner gets to be admin. Except the winner has to clean up the mess.... Plain and Simple.

why the $@#$@# do i have to vhange my sigyy! thats like a power trip man. cant members choose their own sigantures! huh! :furious:
Bentusi
Dec 8, 2004, @ 02:59 AM
it's not a power trip Tayos. It's just your sig is absolutely huge and seriously stretches the forums.
We do have some rules around here, thats just one of them. If you want a different sig just ask and one of the graphic gurus will surely respond

Well ... Bent's sig is just as big as yours, Angel.
Instead of the text there, he has a picture. Although Tayos, your sig was WAY too frickin' huge ... if you can make it 200% smaller, it would be acceptable.

i dont know how...................... plus this clan feels so unwelcoming.

Dec 8, 2004, @ 09:52 PM
Well, for one, we're not a clan... so technically we can treat you however we want. :) But we don't, because we're a gaming community and we love to treat everyone great. That's the idea behind this community, at least.

Why would you ever feel unwelcome?
Your sig is too big ... there has to be some limit on sig size, or people could just use 1200x1600 sigs and completely mess up the screen every time they post.
If you need that sig reduced, you can visit the graphics forum and talk to one of the graphics gurus, who can shrink that picture and make it fit, or just ask them for a signiture like a lot of people have (see the bottom of my post, you'll see my personal signature).
You ask for one, they'll give it to you.
cheers, and
