Asarlai is also geared well as he's done enough MC/Onyxia runs to make my eyes bleed.:)

I decided to apply to HotC for a few reasons. I want to be in a guild where I feel that I am a part of something bigger than someone's support system for MC. I'm looking for a place where I feel wanted and not just a cog in the great machine. These are the things that drew me to apply here after alot of research. I have been in 2 other guilds, Darkmoon for 3 months, and PRG, which I just left, for 7 months. If you want to know why I left just send me a tell or private message as I still have friends in both guilds. I have had good experiences with the people I have talked to and grouped with from HotC. MikeV was one of the first people I met in your guild. He was looking for a portal to Darnassas and said he tipped well. lol I sent him and he was true to his word. I have other things to offer besides patterns in the way of experience.

I have done most instances 30 or more times. I have done dozens of Onyxia and MC runs and have gotten as far in MC as taking Rag down to 2% health(they downed him the next day) with the rest of the bosses on farm status(to give you some idea, I have revered rep with the Hydraxian Waterlords). I've also done alot of runs in ZG and have about 1/3 of the way to honored rep. For me trust and respect are earned and not just given. I would like the chance to earn yours. I am not a yes man and I do ask questions. Some peolpe are put off by that but I don't think I'll find that type of attitude here. That's another reason I have applied. Lastly I do know a couple of your newest members, Stormclaw who I have know since I joined Darkmoon, and Leridyn who happens to be my girlfriend in real life. This is a rather lengthy post and I'm sure I've missed something as I usually do but if you have any questions please feel free to ask. I am nothing if not open and direct.

One last note(knew I forgot something) I play weeknights 7pm to 11pm or so and weekends most of the day and night when real life doesn't get in the way. I'm up for both regular and endgame content or PvP(I do alot of AB lately).

I dunno if it's poor form to vouch for Asarlai, being his significant other & all, but from a guildmate standpoint, he is a very giving and helpful member. He does all kinds of transmutes (I think he has all the recipes) for people, jumps on whatever alt will be most helpful, and I think he's got 3 flask recipes now.

His DPS is outrageous, he is specced very strongly for PvE, though he's a Knight something-or-other in PvP and you can find him playing in Arathi Basin a lot. I think he was with a few HotC people there last night. He's got proven abilities to lead groups and direct battles, he's an old fart like me so he can act maturely, and is geared up well enough to not be worried about having lewt wars. He's a good leader, but takes direction well and respects the leader of any group - works for the good of the team, and isn't out for just himself.

I know for a fact that Cammy has grouped with him before - so he can testify that Asa is a good group member, plays well with others, and essentially would be a good addition to the guild.

So...what say you?
