hello my name is brett, wow name edranis, lvl 60 ne rogue, full shadowcraft gear, heartseeker mainhand/bonescraper offhand, um i know a few ppl in this guild already but i think that its about time i try and find a guild that can actually finish an mc run rather than not get past lucifron due to lack of gear and leadership. so if your looking for a fun luving rogue then im your logical choice.......i hope!

i would like to offer my humbe apologies on the A. the length of my app and B. the lack of information. I was trying to hurry it and thought i could come back and edit b4 it actually was read, my mistake, and the reason for the hurrydness(sp?) was i was supposed to be helping a freind do a UBRS run.
So here is hopefully a slightly(to say the least) better application.

My real name is Brett, i am a college student in the state of nebraska, douglas county, at Metropolitan Community College, currently going for an undecided degree. I will either be majoring in Literature or Computer Technology/writing code. I have played WOW for about 6 months now, and my main character is named Edranis, he is a lvl 60 rogue. I am a very helpful person, however i do have an outside life that sometimes keeps me away from WOW more than i would like, ie-school/work/family. edranis is a 300 skinner, 305 with my enchanted gloves, i am currently working on ubrs runs to get a felstriker and finkles skinner to improve my rogue, and i have the full shadowcraft gear thus far. i am mainly specced as a combat rogue, however i DO use daggers, i find that daggers and combat are not a bad combination and i am able to do damage when needed and keep aggro low when neccessary.

The only really major guild that i was in for a while was unit, and it broke up back around july, the guild leader and the general, whom were husband and wife, were in the process of moving so were gone for about a month, and one of the inner council members in the guild was unnecccessarily(sp?) mean to many of the guildies, which eventually caused over half of the guild to leave, and then the rest just drifted apart slowly but surely. The latest guild i was in was Without Papers. my reason for leaving their is that i did not feel that we did enough as a group, and when we did schedule something for the guild to do, noone was commited and everyone suddenly found other places to be, and this is something i do not like personally. I was also in without papers/deaths edge/knight watch.

My main reason, as i said in my failed attempt b4, for wanting to join hotc is that i am interested in end game raids, but i am also interested in a more close nit guild, a guild where i can be myself and where i feel at home, it may sound funny to you who are reading this but i have not felt at home in a guild since unit fell apart, unit was my wow family, and since unit is gone from wow, i now have a void in my life/wow experience, i am hoping that if accepted into hotc, this void can b filled and a sort of brotherhood thus formed between myself and the other guildies. But on a lighter note i like to keep the game enjoyable by all parties, and not bring everyday drama into the wow scene.

I know this isn't my thing, but using short hand and not capitalizing letters in an application can make you look bad. Also you might wanna list more specifically what you have to offer the guild over some other rogue. Just a few tips. Good luck!
