Application for HoTc

Why would I like to join HoTc?: Well im looking to join a High instance guild. I was perviously in a high end guild that did lots of MC runs so i know all about the core. Im also looking to join to join beucase i knoe you guys are a good,helpful guild because of people i knoe from HoTc that i enjoying playing with.

What do i plan to add to HoTC?: Anything you need, very fexiable, and hopefully be one of your tanks in MC and any instance you wish to take me on. Im aslo an enchater so i can Provide you with materials ( didnt really level my enchating just use it for the mats) if you ever need any materials let me knoe:)

Previous guild: I used to be in PRG and SWAT both very good guilds and great people.

Currently working on increaseing my defense skills, need to get that 420 down like Mike said. Hopefully in a good 2 weeks ill get it to the 420 and working on my FR gear as well. I also enjoying PVPin for any of you guys that like to PVP im for it as well. Well hope to see you guys and hopefully ill join you in taking down those mean old bosses in the great molten core:)

The fact you used Ukyo as your avatar gives you a ton of coolness points as far as im concerned. On topic, I have some vague memories of souldemon from warsong gulch and he seemed like a very capable, smart guy. And I also remember he has a big mouth, but so do I so its all good. hahahahah.

But, Souldemon, do you mind posting why you left your previous guild/s for me? I'm curious.

I'll clarify that part; Souldemon was removed from PRG for griefing AB zone-outers at the AB entrance.

Soul was unaware this was a bad practice, and was not actually given a chance to explain himself/apologize in-guild. I accept his remorse and his awareness of the fact as something never to do again.

That aside, he still has to go through the application process under scrutiny and with care.

I know im still a nooblet in HOTC, but ive knowed soul a LONG time ,back before wsg :)

He really is a good tank and a nice person. For that AB incident well i was present most of the time with Soul and many others in Hammerfall and i never saw him gank noobs while loading.Just taking time to go see if an other AB was going all is all.

He never got a chance to apologize and that is unfair for a good player like himself.

Im sure he would make us proud...I just hope ppl won`t judge him wrongly for being kicked from PRG cause he really is a sweety :)

Hey Souldemon:

You've been doing well by running with us in support of your application, except for one thing that I am going to have to openly question you on: We cannot really raid effectively if you continue to disconnect frequently, it's been an issue on two runs. I am posting this here as an open plea for you to fix it so we can keep your application alive.

Yea, im not sure why this has been happening. Its weird, it only happens when i go to MC, i run other instances and doesnt happen i don;t really know what the problem is. I contacted my ISP and no problems on their part. Not sure but ill try my best to fix it . Mike sugested getting a new router so imma go ahead and try that and see if thats any progress, again i apologize for that and ill see you guys soon.

Hey Soul, I do a couple of things to help out my run-of-the-mill Dell survive Molten Core:

I only load "necessary" add-ons on those nights (specifically CT_Raid Assist, Decursive and my Timer Mod - though I guess I don't even really need timer any more). I turn off other ones, since they drain memory.

Also, go into your video options and turn down all your graphics settings a bit.

One of the first time I raided with HotC, I couldn't even load the screen without disconnecting until I toned down the load my computer was carrying. Since I've moved to "stripping" my memory requirements, I've had few to no problems. Dunno if it would help you, but if you are only dropping in Molten Core, that might be part of the problem.
