I play on weeknights from my appartment near where I work. I go home on weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) to visit my wife and children. Being older, I treat this game as a hobby. I am a problem solver and a lateral thinker. In RL I am a Director of Quality in a very large multinational. I use the game as a medium for applying statistical techniques and I am an unrepentant engineer at heart.

As such, I can be overly critical of leadership, which has disenchanted me of my prior guilds. Command and control are the easy way to lead. Engaging your membership in actively pursuing creative solutions to problems, rather than following pre-packaged internet walkthroughs of the most challenging areas of the game are important to me.

Anyone that can get angry can command, very few lead.

We took Finnion with us to UBRS last night, and by all accounts he did well, followed group directions to a T and never once complained/spammed/etc. We chatted afterward, and we will take him along as a guest tonight to MC Part 2.

<3 Finnion. My first experience with Finnion = I aggro a bunch of dogs at DM entrance, he shields ands heals me, they aggro him, I fear them, we run for what seems like forever before they deaggro. :) I like priests that shield me (there are a few very close to my heart). Gets my vote definitely.
