What server are you on?
IF you're not on the one that we all play on, we can't get you any in-game help.
Also, what class/race are you?

OK, step 1 would be to have ONE character until you level it to 60; nothing slows a person down more than leveling multiple alts .... the game is fun all the way through, but the BEST parts are at level 60.
Dalaran server is where we're at. Since you've only got level 7 tops, feel free to start a new one if you want, and we can at least offer you in-game advice. Otherwise have fun on the server you are at.

I would say that there is little harm in playing to level 10 or 12 to get the gist of the class, and make sure it is the one you want to play. not a major time investment.
Even if it is ugleh, dwarven priests come highly recommended :)

Enjoy the elven priest :)
If I may add one last thing before you get too far, even though they are ugly, Dwarven priests have a racial bonus that makes them HIGHLY desirable and superior to elven/human priests by the time you hit level 60. Food for thought before you get too far, but priests are still great either way ;-)

I aggree with lard, play different classes/races and see what you like. Then stick with that one until you reach 60.
Maybe when I get back from the beach, one of my lowbies can hang out with you and we can tag team a bit. Other people have low alts that may be able to quest with you also.

Play each one to ~15-20, you get a good feel for it that way and can decide if you want to seriously play it or not. :)
Also, if you have a lot of time to play, leveling 2-3 characters at once is faster than leveling just one (due to the rested xp system).

The guild name is Heros of the Command, look for Mikevbrandt, Gadiladre, Lardgibs, Jonra, Banyan or Goenitz, they're all the officers i can think on off the top of my head :)
