This isn't a sig request but this is prolly the best place to post this one. I've got a few avatar's I'd like to use but it seems all of them are too large in kbs. Is there anyway to get them to a usuable size?

Sheesh they look fine on my comp but on here or on photobucket they look horrid. The last one isn't even workin and the first one is all static. Can any of you multimedia savvy folk help me out?
