I have figured out that if some of you could afford to donate a few bucks to me, I could then afford the first couple months Lease on a new computer.

I found a decent machine I can game on for $30/month Cdn

1 Eur = $1.49 Cdn
1 usd = $1.20 Cdn
1 gbp = $2.17 Cdn

it's alot easier than most would think

I'm halfway there on the first month... anyone else care to help out?

I called them and asked them about Financing... it's going to cost $35 a month, give or take, for a decent machine.

so that's really all I need... to be able to pay for a month or two of them then I'll be able to take care of the rest from then on.



so to wrap it up... I'm hoping anywhere from $30 to $75 is my target... it's really not that much... $5 here, $5 there... if I got $5 Us from 5 different people... that would almost cover a month right there, saying as it's $0.80 US to every Canadian dollar... but even $2... I mean... there are alot of members...

my only machine is a 1998 NEC 333mhz Celeron

that's why I need a new computer... I havn't been able to play anything since I moved out of my Room Mate's place in October...

well I used to be able to play SC:BW but the CD exploded in the player... so now I can't play anything...

my computer bites so bad I can't even use voice in Vent or TS

[edit] well... thanks to the *cough* overwhelming response... It seems I'm almost at a month's payments thanks to Juggalo and Pops... nothing solid as of yet... so I'm still at $0... maybe I should have a telethon and play music and stuff... would you guys like that?

yeah, one problem with that... my computer's so shitty my webcam locks up as soon as it starts broadcasting... and this is yet another reason why...

oh yeah... here's a few more things...

Random Discons on my Yahoo... MSN... Xfire... Ventrilo... Ultima Online... all at different times... never all at once... (and no, I don't have ALL of that running all at the same time, it can't barely handle 2 messengers at once)

Random resets... it'll just be sitting there or I'm in the middle of typing a post on the forum here... poof... restart...

Voice Chat only works in Yahoo... not in MSN, Vent, TS or anything else but Yahoo...

Biggest problem... doesn't run any games made after '98-'99

I'm trying to get on my parents good side to get the info to give you teh moneh. It ain't looking good, in the past day, I've pissed them off a lot. :-\ They put a padlock on the circuit breaker after turning the electric off. :blink: I've got it turned back on, but only after I had to tell my friends to leave cause my parents had their panties in a twist.

all my bitching and swearing and kicking the computer has gotten my GF annoyed enough to sign off on the deal. It'll take 7 buisiness days to "Build" my computer and then prolly another week til it's sent.

wishful thinking says I'll have it in september... Great... I'll have it in time to completely miss the summer stretch of sweet activity... oh well... least I'll be able to game again... a year is too long for a gamer to go without gaming...
