Automatch, dont play large random games if you are trying to get better focus on 2v2 and 1v1. I believe MVB was offering SM training so if you find him in game or IM him he could possibly assist you. If you are trying to learn chaos there are a good many decent TLSC which could assist you with the basic startup then it becomes about micro.
