...This game is playable(not perfect, but playable) with 56k. I was just wondering, is this true, and, if so, would it be worth canceling GameFly to be able to pay for it?

If not, oh well, I'll just stick with GW, but GW is getting borning since no one ever plays it... :(

If your graphics card and computer are excellent so that you're not getting lag from your computer's performance, you could play it w/ 56k.

the dalaran server is the one a great majority of us play on. Heroes of the Command in an alliance guild. assuming that's what you were 'que'ing'.

i wish there was an international server which we all could play on :(

EDIT -
i have a friend who plays WoW with 56k and its fine for him apart from the updates.
make sure you get them from a different source, the blizzard downloader takes ages, and resets after a while.

Yes Rubba, I got that speech from Dark after I told him I might get WoW.... He went into super-hyper-advice-giver and I didn't even know half the shit he was talking about. :P

Yeah, i see a lotta people who are on dial up on daggerspine lag like shit, I suppose it depends on ur comp perfermance, how many players are in that server (population) and what else you run in the background...performance and internet wise.

Brillient game, worth getting. Shame I'm sometimes stupid in it (i lost out on warrior skills for fuck sake -_-)

and on the side note, if i ain't active, WoW has consumed me =P

Picking this up tomarrow. I just got the money for house sitting my friend's place. :)

probably be playing wednesday, though. Updates and all that shit... :-\
