Well, a recent visit to the doctors tells me I now have some shit going on. I have chronic fatigue syndrome, where somehow my brain doesn't get what it should, be it blood, oxygen, nutrients, or whatever, and my RAS (whatever the fuck that is) is like...making my brain less active constantly. Makes me more tired constantly and unable to think properly...basically I am "fucked up" 24/7...not really, but more drowsy (think drinking too much Nyquil). Also, I don't get enough sleep (3 hours a night on average) and this is messing with my brain and causing anxiety problems and all this weird shit, and interestingly enough, insomnia...although I have no idea why. I think I have brain damage or something, man...just keepin everyone updated, so if I somehow drop off the face of the earth for a few months, don't think I'm dead...my brain just needs a rest. Not entirely sure what to do, but I'm pretty sure I'm gonna be around as I normally am...just in case don't wonder what happened.

Reticular Activating System.

Do you have any particular reason for sleeping 3 hours per night? Because let me tell you, if you don't, you're not doing yourself a favour doing so, laser.

laser don't go nut
get your ass out of where you hold it in the night and go sleep

Last summer Ive slept 2-4 hours a day for almost a month and felt SO fucking tired all day. I had the impression of being drunk non stop, so I thought of getting more sleep and it helped.

Usually, 6-8 hours is enough for me if the day wasn't too long. I suggest so for ya pal

If you have insomnia, laser, look at what you do. Do you drink caffeine every day? Do drugs? That would explain your insomnia. My uncle used to drink four triple expressos every day and wondered why he was never getting enough sleep, until we pointed that out to him.

On a personal note...

I'm trying to at LEAST get 7 hours on weeknights. Last years of highschool I was getting less than five usually and I could barely stay awake, so this year I've decided to try to remedy that.

Although I still fall asleep during every econ class... Getting a B there though, so no worries. ;)

Yes, please tell us why you don't sleep.

Because you need to screw everything else, other than work, so you can get your sleep.

GL man, hope you get better :(
