If you played Homeworld a long time. You may remember a thing the Dark Angels Battalion put up for the Homeworld Community. You may or may have never heard of them. Well I am here to tell you that myself and MythDAB have revived the Byzantine Community Forums. This was a place where Homeworld players gathered and used as a hub. With the advent of games like EvE and HW2 , many people went elsewhere. As this place was seen as a Homeworld 'hub' only. Well they are revived, I hope you will join. I would also appreciate some help from you(s) in Moderating them. Maybe even a little cross gaming advertising. We would love to see them as a Cross Gaming Hub, rather than seen as only a one game Forum. And if you did play HW a long time you will see a lot of old names in here you have not seen for a long time. The history and general old timers names in here is well worth the trip. SO please help me out here guys.

No Laser Stardolt as I remember it was actually born from Byzantine Boards which had at one a more extensive Homeworld Strat Forum than even Relic could dream. Do not know where StardOlt went. Possibly to the DAB Forums whereever they are now. No Byz was/is a Community Hub. And I could use your guys help here. PS - if you know the way you will also know I came to you first.

lol byzantine empire = near east towelites worthless compared to roman and islamic empire at the time... but yea, i hella miss stard0lt...that shit could turn a total fucking n00b into an expert, if said n00b would go through and watch all the recordings, and read the builds that correspond...including recordings from molle, reki, frst, mouse, echo, blood, etc.

Nah.

The Roman Empire didn't exist during the "Golden Age" of the Byzantine Empire (don't count the Western European feudal states as extensions of the Roman Empire). The Islamic Empire was owned pretty good by the Mongols.

Then again, the Turks and Vikings did a good job on the Byzantines, too.
