Well I'm registering for classes next semester, and I can either choose to have a three day weekend with two longish days (tues and thurs, four lectures in a row), and two very short days (wed and fri, one section each day), or have class all five days with tues and thurs a bit shorter (three lectures) and one/two classes mon, wed, and fri (sections and one mwf class).

So the basic question is... what do you choose?

Door #1 Two longer days, with four lectures in a row, with a three day weekend (monday) every week, and two very short days.

Door #2 Five short/medium length days?

I MUST KNOWZOR.

Long Weekend option. Allows you more time to chill out and relax instead of feeling that you are working all the time.

Long weekend, i have a 36h+ class schedule and it sucks. I would kill for a free day to catch up or sleep. A full day means you can catch up on anything or get mucho sleep. Besides monday's suck. Go for the 3 day weekend. Having short days just means you have to fill up the time otherwise, if you are a non procrastinator then go for the short days but if you are a procrastinator you want that monday to finish up anything for tuesday and the week ahead ^_^

B/c It would be Golf 3. What it really means is "you shoot par on most holes as is so we're going to just let you go off and do your thing." It's like a forced study break for me. B/C despite my easy-seeming schedule, I have shite shite shiteloads of work.

so are we to assume you golf at least semi-seriously?

I am getting only 1 credit for it, and even that only b/c I don't have a choice. It's not a credit applied towards my diploma or degree.

Pfft, don't try to butter it up for insertion into a tight spot.
