he installed AIM and for some reason whenever he trys to im someone he gets this error and aim shuts down:

appname: aim.exe
modname:msver71.dll
modver:7.10.3052.4
offset:0001010428

he tried reinstallign multiple times

check AIM faq, the HEX numbers you have there is the source to the error... AIM themself know this if ur friend sends them an EMAIL or something
