NEW ORGINIZATION AND RULES - PLEASE READ

I've gotten some complaints that the processes and such involved with the graphics department have been a bit unorganized, so here goes at developing an actual hierarchy.

There are two "membergroups" plus myself as the actual department "head". The hierarchy goes:

TLSC Graphics Department Leader - Forsaken
TLSC Graphics Department Member - Nebula, Marbzz, Polaris, Demon (be careful else I move you down :P)
TLSC Graphics Department Trainee - anyone who wishes to apply (see below).


ALL SIG REQUESTS MAY ONLY BE PROCESSED BY MEMBERS, NOT TRAINEES. If you want a trainee to do your sig, please send them a pm.

Anyone who wishes to become a trainee, all you have to do is put GDT in your sig text, your avatar, or anything like that...its not an official position persay.

The process of becoming a member from a trainee is a bit more tricky. Basically, as a trainee, you should be posting your trails and tribulations in the main graphics forum. If/When they start getting good, you will - and this is a definite will - attract the attention of either myself or one of the members. The member will send me a pm if it is they who "discover" you, and either way you'll get a pm from me welcoming you to the Graphics Department.

Also, as a small news announcement, to keep myself hanging on by the fingers to these boards (since I dont really play and games with you guys anymore) by creating weekly tutorials, the first of which should be up and linked in a few minutes. For all you trainees looking to be a member, these tutorials are a good way to improve your Photoshop skill and get practice with the variety of effects people will ask for.

I did loads of the signatures on this forum..and seeing as they have other things to attend to such as their own director-position.. I don't see how you relate them to this.
Sure, they can make signatures for people, as Forsaken said..

But is it too much to ask to know what my duty involved exactly..

Forsaken should be in charge of the sig stuff - he'll be under Marbzz, but he'll still be in charge of sigs.

You are in charge of any TLSC related Graphics activity - if someone wants a banner made for the site, you are the one who has the power to do that, not me.

You aren't in charge of sigmaking...pretty much every member I listed is equal. When I say that I am leader of the graphics department (which I should change the wording of), I mean more in the sense that I am regulating things such as who should be posting signatures in forums, etc.

As for what to organize, you can organize any TLSC-related graphics contests, projects, etc. I don't pretend to be the one in charge of that.

I would organize things such as tutorials and requests for personal sigs. I also am currently the moderator of this board, so I will make sure requests and such end up in the right place.

Contests are to be organized by the activities directors.
And as far as I am concerned I am in charge of any databases created related to media.

Why is Forsaken not the gfx leader.
