help with avatar please

i have a new gif image i would like 2 use as my avatar, but it is to big (max size is 19.5 KB) and i don't have the skills (or tools probably) to change it. i was wondering if someone in the wonderfull graphics department might be able to help me out on this one., i hope i managed 2 put the picture in here right this time. any help would be truely awesome.

Well I don't think I'm from the graph dep. but I might have done a nice job resizing the biker pig:

And removing the stamp + the inet adress on the cartoon pig:

Cheers hero on the work, but unfortunatly the file sizes are still 2 big, not sure if there is actually anythig that can be done abt that tho, the max file size for aviators is 20000 Bytes (i might of missed out a zero there, not 100% sure) or 200 x 200 pixels. so even the edited cartoon pig file size is too big. Damn i wish i new more about computers!

ow yeah, I guess i forgot about the size of that cartoon pig, but the bike pig is 19,3 kb, and 150pixels by 124pixels i believe, it should work

and I thought u wanted to use the biker as ur avatar, so it doesnt really matter about the cartoon piggy right?
