Dang....I sometimes try to beat certain games on the hardest difficulty if I think I'm good enough..but yea....I might eventually reach the point where I give up in frustration. Sometime right at the beginning of the game. Finish Doom 3 on Normal, tried Nightmare, gave up as soon as I saw how much damage just a zombie can deal to me.....

HALO1 Is a classic in my mind for its hardest skill level was freaking harder than a bitch to go through and actually try to never die. Me and my homie would reset the level if either of us died 1 time and it took us forever.

I bet Halo2 is even harder. havent tried legendary yet trying to master all of the game first.

Same. I tryed Leg. It wasn't that hard. I would have beaten the level I was playing but my bro came in and seized the controller. I didnt wanna save and delete my progress on Heroic...

Halo 1's Leg was too easy, I'm glad they made it "super Hard" in H2.

Halo 2's Legenday Co-Op has it set so that if either player dies both of you restart back at the last checkpoint. Oh, and on Heroic, the last boss fight took about an hour. . .hour and a half.

BTW Apoc, does this mean you've beaten ALL the levels but that one on legendary? or are going the pussy route and just playing the last 1.

the part where you have to repel the boarders coming out of their ship.

the 1st I can take. What i can't beat on the 2nd is the last wave (1 gold elite/sword and 2 grey elites with double plasma rifles)... if it was alone i'd have a shot. But the waves at the end come on top of each other, so i'm facing around 8 elites total at the end. That is what I can't beat.

I look forward to killing brutes and flood, seeing as I can do it in only 4 shots for a brute if placed right, 1 for a flood (unsheilded).... as opposed to the damned elites with their sheilds that recharge while the other 7 force me to run or die

Well me and a mate took the pussy route and just couldn't do it, did it in the end tho but nothing was different about the ending so we're going through the full campaign now incase Bungie fixed the pussy route thing, lol. However we have the same problem as you Bent, When you get to the second enemy transport that last wave of elites is just fucking insane, can't get past it.

bent, i have the same problem. on legendary, i could not get past the part where you have to repel the covenant borders coming out of the tubes. i could easily get to there, but that was as far as i got on legendary. thats like fucking impossible (unless your a douche and consider playing co-op "beating it on legendary")
