Hey, im from belgium and im 14 years old. I like dow and play it every day and i wanna join a clan.. so i met some guys of [TSLC] and they are pretty cool teammates. Then i asked haxorized and fell they told me to post on forum.

he is a really good teamplayer and helps u always out. if i play with him i always get enough back-up. he listens well and is always in for a good game.

Erm to clear things up a little bit your not on trial untill you are accepted into the command. Then you are on trial. Untill then you are an applicant. In Reax0rs case I Neg req him. Played 3 or 4 games with him today. He's a decent player but his attitude stinks. May I remind all of you applicants you get in TLSC on your attitude not your skill. We have plenty of skill allready and those of us who dont can be taught. tytyty. :down:

You can leave this open as long as you want or put it on pause and resume it at a later date. Its generally upto the applicant how they wish to proceed. Thou i suggest working on your attitude as you tend to be a bit flamboyant and over zellous at pointing out things or critizing people for making mistakes.

My guess would be quite smple. I've only seen a few TLSC members online recently and none when you are. Cora and fraeil were doing esgl, which is a competiton that day you couldn't get through to em. Lemme try and find the msn handle page, if it still exists.

I played a few games with Reaxor yesterday. He explained to me his bad behaviour, and i cant blame him for it, id of acted the same.
He has a nice attitude and appologises for his actions a few days ago.
I had great fun playing with him.
If im wrong the trial will show all, but i think that this guy is telling the truth.

Apparently you didnt train it enough. And this is by no means my fault. I can choose to play with whoever I like to. I do not posess the responsibility of keeping all the recruits playing with TLSC members so they can get Reccs. I can advise here and there, play some games with the applicants if I want, but neither me or Santi is directly responsible of the accomplishment of recruitment procedures.

Reaxor has been treated very unfairly. A first impression from a chance game has altered the perseption of the DoW members and now they are not willing to change theyre mind.
This isnt a cry for help for Reaxor. Its too late now, he's upset and i dont blame him.
This is a poor response by the DoW div. :down:

I agree. He's had some REAL problems at home... It's hardly his fault he's acted the way he has. Now, I don't particularly blame the DoW division as a whole, but I would have given him a chance... Not saying you should have recced him right off the bat, but you should have looked again to see if he was right.

Regardless how reaxor was treated, he must posess the mandatory qualities to be a TLSC member. This includes having the correct attitude. Such an attitude dictates that one will almost never be upset about minor things, and instead will be patient and understands his current status. That one is required to solve his problems in any acceptable way possible. Shouting, demanding, and threatening is not an acceptable way. While I do not deny that there might have been an improper response from the TLSC DoW Division regarding the said applicant, one must understand that the number of recruits willing to try and apply for TLSC in our division is overall significantly higher than in any other divisions. We cannot pay complete attention to everyone simultaneously, and by all means we shouldnt always thrive doing so. There are more important things that we must do to preserve the honor of our division and of TLSC as a whole, than making sure that every applicant is happy during his application process. I speak from my point of view, only, of course, but I nevertheless believe that Fell, Ques and the others have a lot of other things to do than worry wether applicants are treated fairly. Besides, if this was such a huge problem - there would have been a recruitment manager in each division, instead of Bent for all of them. But the situation is as it is now, and I fail to detect any problems with it.

Dark - I gave him a chance. I am certain that every member of our division would have given him a chance as well. If he changes his attitude and re-applies - we might accept him.

1. I am not a moderator. I am merely a TLSC Veteran.

2. A new applicant's past outside of TLSC and outside the game for which division he is applying for is irrelevant. No-one will judge you according to your past achievements outisde the above mentioned fields. And by all means they must not. A TLSC member can only judge an applicant if he has played with him for a significant period of time in the game.

3. Other clans/gaming groups do not care about the attitude of their members. We do. A lot. This is also why TLSC is not a clan.

4. It is my personal preference to put in my signiture whatever I want as long as it doesn't involve another member or person or violates the rules set by the Administrator.

And yes I agree. Lock the thread, Fell/Bent/Dark. This has gone too far and turned into a flame-fest.
