Well thats why its not ST vs SW you get no character interaction unless you really change the established histories. ST vs SW you'd either have to have it strictly vs the empire or somehow make the feds the bad guys for the rebels/alliance to engage. Now against B5 you get all the flash CGI and ships and its a much darker universe where characters attempt to be more dynamic then ST or SW.

Well what if the Enterprise did one of the time/distance spatial warps and somehow got in the middle of some one a la Admiral Thrawns and his ISD (why did admiral thrawn have to die in those Star Wars novels :( ) .

It could be Enterprise versus the Empire. Maybe in between 'revenge of the sith' and ' a new hope.' Or post Return of the Jedi, in when Admiral Thrawn would be still alive.

It can be Admiral Thrawn versus Picard or Admiral Thrawn vs. James T. Kirk.

No ... ST weapons are much, much better, especially in the realm of troops.

ST infantry weapons will completely disintegrate a person, whereas a SW weapon would only leave a gaping hole.

Ok even if its 0.7 seconds. Considering the fact that the average stormtrooper has the IQ of an underdeveloped 12 y/o kid (no offense, no implications, amir :D ) why not give them a weapon which - when you fire it - you will continue to fire until you leave the trigger or until the magazine will be empty. I know what its called like! An AUTOMATIC weapon! OMG! I can shoot the enemy and even if I miss (almost mandatory as Im a stromtrooper), I will continue to fire w/o stopping for it to reload full 0.7 seconds and might just hit him!

Mmm Empire versus Star Fleet Command.

Now I know that the Enterprise can swat a small force of TIE's cause of superior targetting technology. Heck why use the phasers. Just beam the pilots onboard (only 10% of TIE's have shields, the gunboats are rather slow.)

Maneouverability is far superior for a Galaxy Class Starships in comparison to an Imperisal Star Destroyer.

I would think one Galaxy Class Starship should be able to take down a trio of ISD's without too much of a hitch.

This scenario may be possible with the tech for a total reality/universe jump.

Heck why not make a Super Star Destroyer (the huge ass MF in ROTJ, I heard one of these got fitted with a DeathStar Cannon after ROTJ) make a jump/phase into the Star Trek Universe. One of those and its fleet of ISD's, VSD's and Frigs would be quite a formidable foe against Star Fleet, Romulans and the Borg.

Although, I would think its more likely that ST technology would be able to make a universe/reality jump. Imperials still haven't learnt transporter technology and just a few prototypes of cloaking exist.

Oh i would like to keep the force stuff out of this battle, or would I? I guess the Force would be the only advantage the empire might possibly have.

BTW I am a SW fan more than ST fan, but Enterprise versus SW, there really is no competition.
