So, In the past 2 days I have come across 2 people who ninja-looted... Loot rules were clearly stated and clearly disregarded. Only an extremely greedy person would take an item to sell in AH rather than give to a member of the group who could and will use it themselves.

Dimitry (dwarve pally) - rolled for a blue leather pattern that Neverender could use. When asked why he rolled and if he would give to neverender he refused to say anything, stating only that it was worth 50g in AH. :thumbdown

Skittz (NE priest) - rolled for a blue item (really high int/stam/spir necklace) when we clearly stated that we would discuss blues when we got to them and if they were looted mid-battle everyone would pass and then use /random 100. we all passed, he was the last person to pass and he rolled, automatically winning. I was told by some of the group members that he had done this before on several occassions. When he was asked about it he said that he needed it more than any other person. he also did not help during the fights at all, he just stood there trying to heal and didn't even use his wand or anything... Some of the group members even died when he was at half mana...

Thats 2 people in 2 days... Please post if something like this happens to you so that they can be avoided

Look out for a guy called Lyght, There was an uproar on the Hellscream server after he stole 200g from some lvl 40 guy and posted about it on some forums. It's likely he's changed servers now. It's so infamous even I've heard of it :P

Can wands be used to heal? you really should each put up a class guide i think...

I like the idea of a class guide, but here's the deal.

If a priest isn't chain casting heals, which I never have quite needed to do, they should be meleeing and/or using their wand as a ranged attack to help the general goal of doing damage. If warranted (as in 90% of cases) they should drop one or two DOT spells if mana is not tight and crowd control spells aren't being used or are already deployed. Many priests do not do any of these things, nor understand that the greater heals, while slow and mana efficient, hamper damage dealing and mana regen. I use flash heal almost exclusively for this reason. So, my mace and wand skills are MAXED, and each wand hit on an equivalent level mob without notable resistances or extra armor does 100 dmg avg with my current gear in comparison to the 70 avg from my mace. There are priests out there that think they're excused from meleeing, probably because they don't understand the finer points of how aggro works.
Same goes for mind control, some sissypriests don't use it ever because they assume the post MC aggro is unbreakable, but all you have to do is fade and anybody else attacking the mob is generally sufficient. They might just feel that the priest melee damage is insignificant, which may be partially true, but still...

As far as wands healing, only in the fine print, my current wand (http://www.thottbot.com/index.cgi?i=22412) has a + healing spells attribute but that's it.
