Raid tonight

so, i was headed to BB from the badlands with a stopover in darkshire to get the gryphon and i noticed that the horde was attacking darkshire...so i told whoever was online at the time about it and we decided to check it out. When we got to darkshire the horde had been killed and we countered with a raid in Stonard in the Swamp of sorrows...went pretty well, lots of alliance showed up.... but then i had to go. >:(

How did it go after i left? Did the horde try to counter your raid? Sorry i missed most of it, maybe we'll try to plan one of our own this weekend at some point.

Oh, and we should try to take some more screenshots to post, i think that would be cool. :oohoo:

eventually they ran us out of there, I even got 2 player kills on my own, one 38 and one 50.

The orc shaman who fights naked was more disturbing.

It went really well for me lagwise, I didn't lag AT ALL (well it got a bit choppy, but not freeze lag like IF). don't know how that happened but I won't question it.

The PvP honor system, in my opinion is right around the corner. Battlegrounds is not. I expect PvP in next patch, blizzard has said (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.aspx?fn=wow-general&t=1589940&p=1&tmp=1#post1589940)that they are using real realm data to stress test the PvP honorpoint server. Common sense would indicate that a list of who you killed is available, or at least a count.

So we should practice up, and take some noobies like MVB along as bait for the original plan. Actually even we could take a certain dwarven hunter as fresh young bait along, if the warlock can summon him over to Ratchet. (even some quests worth doing over there I hear). as soon as he can off the level 9 brewmaster on his own, we're ready.

In ShadowBane you could tell who killed you so you could seek revenge.

I honestly had a blast attacking cross roads, and think we will get a better response from the hoard for doing it. I know we got rocked, but it was still a blast.

Plus by Saturday Nev and I should be 60. Maybe we could Duo Orgrimmar.

I heard that Orgrimmar is next to impossible to raid, pretty much as hard as IF, but then again, the horde has tried to raid IF. The undercity is supposidly easy to raid if you go by the sewers....

But in any case, we need more screenshots! they are great to look at after a raid is over. Great conversation pieces.. :thumbup

The crossroads is full of n00bs... Trust me, on my server, we're all lvl 15-25 with a few 40s hidden in the mix...

The best raids are in Hillsbrad... A usual fight is started by some lvl 50s gankin ppl questing and then the questers call in friends and before you know it, theres a full on war =D. Thats what happens on US daggerspine anyway :)

I would come back to Dalaran and play the warrior more but its getting really boring... no1 is ever on when i am =(

Raids are kinda fun. But get old since you get no XP or loot from them. Hope bliz fixes that soon
