A note on Recc's.

A reccomendation is only to be seen as a word of note, nothing more. A reccomendation isn't based on a points system where as you need so many to gain entry, A reccomendation is there to help the DivCom to decide wether or not the applicant is worthy of entry.

An applicant could recieve 100 recc's and still be deemed to be unworthy by the DivCom, Billy you are not the DivCom and therefore do not decide if anyone gains entry or not. It is down to Elysium to decide if he gets in and no-one else, (Dark can make the decision in Elysium's absence only).
