Bookworm. Gnome Mage. (Dwarf after catyclism). Arcane Spec.

I'm actually a little nervous about this. I have been "shopping," for lack of a better term around for a guild that I feel like I can fit into, and of all the websites i've visited, this is the first that i've read and though YES that's it!

MVB's description of what heroes of the command is looking for and what you guys are about is exactly the way I feel about the game. I want to play amd have fun and meet new people and have the opportunity to see and accomplish new things in WoW, but it's also not my entire life.

I use the word opportunity when I describe raiding, because I don't always have to be in every raid, i'd just like to be useful and appreciated and enjoying new content when I am able. I like loot as much as the next guy, but I also like seeing a comrade get excited about an upgrade, or learning a new skill or finally crafting an item he has been waiting for.

About Me: I am a 30 year old (holy shit) lawyer who plays video games. Because of personal reasons I returned about a month ago to WoW from a short hiatus. Since that time I have been working hard to gear my little guy up as well as I could. I am currently in might and magic as friends and family, because I have a RL friend or two in there, but i'd like to find a guild to call home on my own.

I'm currently sporting about a 1460 Gear score, and here's my armory:

I'm not the most awesomely geared mage who ever lived, but I try hard and am willing to learn and improve and admit my limitations when necessary.

I hope that you guys take a look at me and give me a shot to join up.

Thanks so much.
BW

Welcome to the HotC application process.

Getting into HotC is not a quick and easy tag. It takes time, patience and persistence on your part. We really like to take the time to get to know the applications, see how their personality and character meshes with the rest of the guild, have really have them get a feel for us. In HotC we like to create a place where you spend the rest of your "WoW Life".

Some things you may want to do is get involved in chatting with our members, the shoutbox during the weekdays, "hotchat" in game, as well as running 5 and 10mans with us.

Definitely look me (Anilyn) up in game, would love to talk to you and be able to answer any of your questions. Also feel free to talk to any of our members, they should be able to help you out as well.

Our 25man raid times are Wednesday and Sunday from 7pm to Midnight server, if you are available send Lucilyna a forum pm and we can get you on the sub list and possibly a spot if one is open.

Looking forward to hearing from you and good luck with your application.
