So, with a couple of family emergencies for a couple of the participants, we wound up with 9 people counting Rhett Austin (the available subin). Rhett, as a league admin, dropped out and we made it a single tournament on the fly.
First off - THANKS to those who showed up expecting a double and grinningly bore with the singles instead.
Second off - CONGRATS to those who won our two $50 GW gift certificate prizes ...
Best General - John Moore
Best Sportsmanship - Andy Kopach
The final round for generalship was a close one between John Moore & Tony Kopach, who both entered the round 2-0

Some really phenomenally close games were had, and the final general match went to 7 rounds and took all 7 for a clear winner
Great tournament, especially with the last second change ... and great attitudes from all ... the sportsmanship worked by rating your opponents 1-3 over the course of the day ... with 3 being your "favorite." Everyone struggled to pick which one they enjoyed playing with the most, and there was a 4-way sportsmanship tie that had to be broken alternatively between Jeff Russell, Andy Kopach, Matt Regazzi and Billy Hileman (all of whom earned multiple "favorite opponent" votes).
