Lardgibs and helrond decided today to quit the guild...apparently accidental. The way the guild is set up, only veterns can invite and only mvb and lardgibs can promote someone so they can talk on the guild chat. So, I invited them back into the guild, but they were muted due to the system that the guild is set-up. Since lardgibs lost his guild privilages and mvb wasn't online they couldn't be promoted to nOOb hero and then command hero; so they have to wait until mvb comes online to promote them..ROFL!! Good thing Me or Zar were online to invite them (as there are only as few veterns)!

So funny, good jog lardgibs and helrond, keep up the good work!

ive invited a good mate of mine (Windwalker) to join the guild... hes a lvl 32 warrior, great guy. If MVB or Lard could please promote him so he can talk it would be appreciated ;)

Is there any way i could get a promotion to be able to promote people myself (like 3rd in command?). Just wondering :)

rightt now veterns can invite other people into the guild, and to my knowledge the 10 or so people (like me :oohoo: ) who signed the guild charter way back when (Decemeber before christmas sometime) have the privilage to invite other members into the guild.

Unless things have changed, you have to wait for a vetern to come online and ask them to invite someone into the guild for you. Or you can always mail a vetern (or lard, or mvb) and when they come online they can do it for you.

I'm totally in support of broadening the pool, particularly after what happened last night and with the fact I'll be playing slightly less than usual since the homework is finally piling up.There are a lot of great people in the guild deserving of recognition and participation in our core values: enhanced fun for the peers. MVB and I will discuss, soon.
