ah yes, the joys of the nob biker squad. The one thing you definitely did do correctly was tweak each nob so that it takes 10 wounds to kill one (any reason there are only 9 nobs in the squad instead of 10?).
That said, you're at 18 KP by my count, so you're probably looking at tabling people to win KP missions. Totally doable with this list, just a thought tho.
Also, with the proliferation of guard armies, the nob bikers are slightly less impressive if only because getting shot with meltas and having to reroll successful cover saves means that the nobs actually die rather fast.
An alternate approach would be the 5,6,10,whatever battlewagon w/ deffrolla army. A guess is that it is slightly more effective, but I'm sure wiser minds and fingers than mine will reply.
Either way, Orks and Guard are probably going to be among the most powerful potential armies out there, and I'd hazard a guess that play style and model preference should really be the deciding factor between the two - power level wise they're probabaly equally abusable.

Yeah I wanted a round number of ten including the warboss :p
Yeah KP's prolly ganna be an issue.
Against guard, and everyone else really, Ill proclaim "Choose the form of the destructor" ala ghostbusters. I wanna make them choose what they want to kill.....then kill them with the other stuff. Guard can only make me reroll my cover from their crappy lasguns eww. The thing i need it from is those nasty S10 AP1 garbage! even if they manage to kill the bikers ive got tons of stuff up in their grill. PROBABLY and usually my vision of how a battle will go is dead wrong so who knows :p

Fire On My Target! makes you re-roll all successful cover saves from the firing unit. This means meltaguns too.

Yeah but I can spread those wounds out right? Im just afraid of S10 stuff :o
I think 9 meltas from vets at them rerolling cover is like 3 unsaved wounds or something.

ewww. that sux, but really as i think about it its not all that bad losing about 6.75 bikers to 3 vet squads with 9 melta shots 42 lasgun shots, 3 valks with ML MRPs who are getting orders.

As the resident Ork guy I feel obligated to make a comment ;). Get a bosspole in the biker squad ASAP. Drop 'Eavy Armor from the boss(redundant with the bike) and fit in an attack squig. Battering Ram > Rockits on trucks.

rokkits on the trukks is a waste.
They will almost always be moving 12-18" and are just not reliable enough to spend the points.
Nob Bikers < Psyker Battle Squad.
LD 2 + Bikes means if I make you take 1 test I will escort those bad boys right off the table.
Eavy armor on your trukk boyz?
They are one shot and done units, so IMO there is no real reason in spending more points than the Boss Pole and Klaw nob.
Your Kans really don't fit in this list at all, 3 slow AV11 KPs? At least go full kult and commit to the crappy Deff kopta!
I've seen Ryan run War buggies very effectively but I still think overall they are 'meh' and more Klaws is the way to go if you are hoping to pop vehicles.

Rokkit buggies are highly underrated in speed freaks list for a number of reasons.
1) Twin-Linked rokkit launchas hit pretty often ... and it's a S8AP3 weapon ... that makes it useful against marines if you catch 'em in the right spot (esp. high value ones like plague marines and bikers). It also makes them lethal against light vehicles, transports, side armor of some vehicles, and other such things.
2) In a speed freaky list, they often don't get shot at very much ... and if they do, either you've already lost anyway b/c there aren't anymore trukks or battlewagons to shoot at desperately, or your opponent is prioritizing badly and your more dangerous stuff is going to get there.
3) 3 highly mobile and cheap vehicles make for rapid response cover provision in a pickle ... need to cover up that boyz squad that got out of combat but is stuck trukkless? Need to cover up a trukk or two with some expendable cover? Need to move block some enemy units and keep them from backing away effectively from your incoming charges? You can do all of these things pretty darned effectively with buggies.
4) Most importantly of all, they're super cheap ... 9 AV10 vehicles for 315 points is mega cheap and quite durable, and it's going to do more harm or cause more consternation than the points cost in most cases.
No, a super fragile S8 ~55% accuracy missile isn't going to win you a game, but a big swarm of 'em can do you wonders in a number of situations. I give 'em a big orky thumbs up.
As for Nob Bikers, yeah ... going the way of the dodo. People have figured out how to deal with them at the higher levels of competition, and the new guard codex bones them royally in the poop chute to levels never before seen. Don't take them anymore, IMO ... too high profile a target when many opponents can now deal with them ... they were cooler when armies weren't really prepared to deal with a super expensive super hitty super fast unit full of feel no pain covered invul independent characters (effectively) and s9/10 power weapons.
