Do I knock one vendetta down to a bare valk and put in sly marbo, ive been thinking alot about using him, not sure if its worth it. If not where should my spare 30 points go? I was thinking maybe 2 power fists in my flamer units.

With 30 points I'd close top your medusas and buy heavy bolter sponsons for your plain valkyrie.

If i dont take marbo i dont have a plain valk, and enclosed crew compartment only protects me from a natural glance 4 and a natural pen 2. so 15%, not sure its worth it.

Straken gives nearby squads furious assault, if I recall correctly.

That actually argues for power swords in three of your vet squads; when going up against MEQs, having 4 S4 power weapon attacks per vet squad added in at initiative 4 is actually pretty freakin' nasty for only 10 points each.
