Is it normal to be scared of tall buildings? I find it difficult to walk too near the Canary Wharf due to its impossible size... But is that normal? It isn't just buildings ,there are a few other things that scare me because of their size, but is it normal?
(Expects rudimentary "well I'd better not show you the inside of my pants" joke)

a fear of hights is perfectly rational.
I mean, all our survival instincts say "BACK AWAY" when your at the edge of something where a fall=death.
When your UNDER tall buildings? dunno bout that

I don't know why... It's just that it seems just too fucking big.

I know, it just annoys me... It's kinda weird, I can force myself through it, it's not too bad, but I just can't look at the building it freaks me out so much :P
I think, in the case of buildings, that it's a projected fear of heights. I imagine being up there. Weird.

i need to look it up but its a well known phobia .
fear of heights is one the best understood phobia because we all have it to a degree but there are people who have fear for wide open spaces , meeting people and some even are scared of rabbits .
i need to look the name up but its not as unusual as you might think , i read a article once that stated that your phobia is seen more often in young children lately due to the many replays of the 9/11 tragedy .
i would recommend getting help if it limits your movements
