Pending the need for rules, consider these a free and safe place to discuss the league, 40k, and anything you really wish.
Keep it clean, and avoid violating any GW copyright rules. To keep it short on that front: Don't post any direct quotes or copies from GW material, and don't post EXACT unit/equipment points breakdowns for any lists / etc. you post.
