My game name is Apostolate - real name is Jonathan. Most of my friends call me Apos or Apostolatte, as in..."boy, I could go for a hot cup of Apostolatte right about now"

Class:

Mage - Yes, I'm addicted to DPS and locks are dirty ;D
Professions: Tailor / Herbalist. I like herbinating so much that I dropped alchemy to resume flower-picking.

Experience:

I started this game about 1 year after it was released. I raided MC, BWL, and a little bit-o-Naxx pre-BC. Currently, I've experienced all content up to Azgalor in MH and Teron Gorefiend in BT. My favorite fight of all time was Battleguard Sartura in AQ40....oh wait that's a vicious lie!

My definition of a guild:

A committed, consistent team of talented players that work hard to master content and have a fun time doing it. I would like to add that I am a very committed raider and humbly consider myself to be competent and even an asset to the raid.

Personal details:

I am 35 years old. I am divorced...and I live in a van down by the river (did I have you going for a second there??). Actually, I'm a 27 year old IT professional living in New Jersey and working in New York City. Obviously, I really like computers since I work on them all day then come home to play on them all night /nerd . As you can see, I really enjoy having a good time and making people laugh. When it comes to raids, I get down to business and perform my best every single pull.

Your forums tried to pwn me but, in the end, I won! Whether you decide to accept me or not, I appreciate your time reading my ridiculously long app (oops). By the way, your mage Theroc is very helpful and informative. He represents your guild extremely well. I can already tell that it will be a pleasure playing alongside him if given the opportunity.

Thanks for applying. The availability of DPS slots in our guild is quite limited right now, but you are welcome to contact Theroc and Allia (mage officers) in-game, as well as anyone else in HotC you feel like chatting with (including me, Mikevbrandt, guildmaster).

I spoke with Apostolate quite a bit before this application hit our forums. He is a former member of AiD that left in what appears to be good standing.

Apostolate, if you get a chance, join up in hotchat as well. I know you've already joined hotmage, as I've spoken with you there quite a bit. There's often a ton of guild-pvp on off-nights that will get you into some action. Additionally, speak with McDinger in game (or PM to Keloidoscope) regarding a potential Magtheridon run on Saturday evening.

Get active and do runs, pvp, ect. with the guild and get to know everyone its the best way to go about it.

Hey everyone,

Thanks for the kind words concerning my application. I am following up to say I have accepted an FnF position at Nullus Secundus. As I told Theroc in game, I put in my application for Nullus Secundus a week prior to checking out HotC. I was told that my application would be archived and they would let me know if any openings became available. To my astonishment, after about a week (coincidently, the day after I made this application to HotC), I was offered an FnF position. After some serious thinking and weighing the possibility that I might not see a raid for several months, I decided to accept.

After talking with you for a few days in hotmage channel, I figured out quickly that you have a lot of great people in your guild. That's why I appreciate the replies to my app very much.
