But I was checking up on who joined around the same time as me, since I remember how I brought Magus and apoc... and dear god, this has to have been the greatest month of recruiting in tlsc history.

This has also inspired me in my insomnia to break down month by month who joined and remains active in TLSC. I only have information going back to the old brinkster forum. I went through all the join threads and if I've seen you post in the last few weeks, you are on this list. If I have (semi active?) next to their name, I don't know if they are still here or not.

August->October was a fantastic period in recruiting for TLSC. However, all of the members who joined then have only been with tlsc for less than 6 months... the amazing recruiting class of Feb->march 04 has been here almost a year. In August-october 05, we will see how many of the 04 class are still here, and then judge if it can take feb-march 04's place as the best period of tlsc recruiting ever.

Also, you can somewhat see in member count when divisions rose and fell. HW2 stopped getting lots of recruits in around March. Recruits from HW2 and SG trickled in until July/August when TLSC expanded into GC2 and ut2k4 and we see a spike in recruits again. This large number of members continues as TLSC expanded into DoW in september, and members continued to roll in from all 3 main divisions.

Also, going back through all these recruiting threads makes me sad at all the guys who joined, were great, and are now no longer active :(.

As to Eadig, as to his TLSCness... Due to his computer problems (300-400 MHz - might still be able to play Theme Hospital :P) he has witdrawn from all game activity, and the forums just depress him. I still talk to him a lot, though :)

Yeah, but theyve only been here for a few months angel. Looking back over the recruiting threads, we had tons of people who were around for a few months then never returned. So yeah they are great recruits now, but in a few months we'll see if they are still here :).
