ATTENTION TO ALL COMPETITORS INTERESTED

Dawn of War Sanctuary will be hosting, sometime in the near future, a 2v2 tournament. I know many of you arent interested seriously in competition, but for the few of you that are, tell me about it and I will set it up. I tried to link but im not sure if that would work because I was logged in and shit. They are still accepting entries, and I would appreciate it if we had 2 or so teams to represent us in this tourney, just to start out. I am available to play, if anyone wants to be my partner. I would probably play Eldar, but if it was a rather small map, I have some very good strats for double space marine or space marine/chaos, for maps such as Tartarus. If you are interested, post here who you will be playing with and Ill post there on DoWs and make sure you get a spot and everything. Please respond asap though because I dont know how many slots are left!!

P.S. if you need any consutation on suggestions for good 2v2 strats per map, or need to know what a particular team is likely to do, dont hesitate to ask me about it. I know what most people who are likely to play will do ;) so you can know what to expect. Again, respond here if interested!

that's fine with me; im not too worried about winning, i just want to get our name out there in any way possible. thanks for helping out with that, amir, you are doing your part ;). but now, we gotta get together and work on your game or each 2v2 map. i wouldnt say finalize it yet that we will be together, until we see who all else is interested. what race will you be playing?

I'll partner up with someone, even you Laser. I definitly think that Dibujante and Fell oughtta be a two man team. They'll be very, very strong together.

I'll take part too, laser (though il be bussy over the next two days), anytime after that will be fine. Mistress, perhaps me and you should team up, i could work on my SM/Eldar strats but we have played enough to know eachothers game. And ps. Agreed, Fell and Dibs should deffinately form a team if they can.

i think that fell and erik should team together. i will team with mistress if she is okay with that, and we could practice up for it. if i get confirmation from you, mistress, i will finalize THAT team. I want amir to partner up with someone closer to his skill level (no offense) so that we dont have teams of mixed skill levels, in the interest of competitiveness. I dont mean to be mean in this regard. But mistress...wanna team with me? And fell, it would be cool of you to team with erik, since you guys are pals and all. Please consider that for me will ya? :D

ok that's cool...thanks for responding anyhoo. this is a tourney though and charlie told me there is no set time for it to take place yet, though. Im wrokin on gettin us in a clan ladder or clanwar type thing, but REALLY there arent that many going at the moment.

We'll have to give it a shot. Depends on how well we can read each other's games and instincts on the actual field.

Judging from those 3vs3's we did we worked together pretty well, taking out 3 of them together on streets of Vogan. So, we'll get a few 2vs2's in together against some tougher folks, then we'll see.

Amir stop stepping aside so easily, its useless if laser goes with mistress if it means we drop another team. I'm sure there is someone who could work with mistress, perhaps ilia or morph. The point is if you keep stepping aside it does no one any good as a whole. Besides its laser's decision who he partner's with :p

Riddler and amir? I don't see a problem with it. Honestly guys, this is good. Getting our omgwtf less than 1337 players out there into real situations is great, and there's -nothing- to lose. This is better than slugging it out in the lobby, asking for tips and the like. These are real game situations, and the oppurtunity is presenting itself to you. See where you're at, maybe even cream some top players with some good thinking. Have fun too though, and boy will competition be a nice change of pace for some :)

Laser, will you be entering all TLSC teams into the tourny and acting as a liaison - keeping people up to speed on what’s happening etc - or will each team be responsible for that kind of thing themselves? Just asking so no one can say they didn't know, ok.

I think that me and Nightwind might be a decent team if we worked on it. It will take some work but I'm sure we could get a good team strat workin'.
