Don't Drink and drive... ever

Coming back from a party, my friend was DD. I got home and was like hmm im hungry, ima go drive 2 mins to McDonalds. On the way there, theres a trailer w/ cones in front of it blocking my side of the road. I'm speeding, and go to go around it, but a car is coming, and i swerve out of the way, and hit the trailer going about 45. Was knocked out. Came to, airbags are deployed, i cant breathe, everything is just pain, i open the door and fall out of my car and lie on the road for 5 minutes. Apparently when I had crashed I had hit my head on the rearview mirror or something, and then got raped by the airbag, and had the air knocked out of me and was knocked out. When I fell out of my car, I went to brace myself with my left hand, and almost broke my wrist. Completely totalled my car. I was somehow able to get back in and drive back home before the cops came, and tracked me down. Charged with leaving the scene of an accident, causing 5k+ damage, some other things...5 charges total. Luckily for me that I somehow got home, as I'll take a leaving the scene over a drunk driving anyday, and if I had stayed on the scene, the cops would have just breathalized me in a second, and I would have gotten drunk driving, which is jailtime.

Wound up with 2 cracked ribs, concussion, fractured 2 fingers, sprained knee, sprained wrist, bruised hip.

Always wear your seatbelt, no excuses. I would have flown through my windshield without it. I easilly could have died last night, and I'm still shaking.

And Don't drink and drive, ever.

as for drunk...im really sorry that happened dude. i dont really even know what to say, since you can't go change anything; just dont do it ever again, but you obviously already know that. i hope you get better soon, and that the charges and everything aren't too hard on you. id hate to see you go to jail or anything...being locked away blows hard ass. good luck with all of that shit. i also hope you have a lawyer or something, because they will push all of those charges on you hard...but with a lawyer they will probably drop all but 2 of em or 1 or something. get well soon bro

Stupidest decision I've ever made in my life. Although, it was not entirely my fault, as there was a fucking trailer taking up the entire lane and my choices were to either hit it or hit the car coming on the other side of the road. Fuck me though, when i got knocked out that was the craziest fuckin shit ever, i came to and i couldnt breathe, think, move, and I was sitting in a shattered car with airbags deployed, and I had no idea what the fuck happened. I just opened the door and fell out of the car and lay there until I could think again.

I have a jeep... I've been in a few accidents and never had to get it serviced.... had it checked out a few times to make sure it's fine... but never anything to be fixed aside from a tire...

wow , i ve done some stupid things myself in the past ( drunk driving , drug driving ) and i ve been involded in carcrashes with cars my m8's drove in the past but somehow i always was lucky to walk away .

i learned my lesson now , not to avoid tickets or to "save" my own life but i couldnt live with myself if my stupid mistake would take away the lives of innocent bystanders ( one of my toughest m8's from the past is now suicadal because he caused an accident with him ending up without a scratch but he killed a mother and child in the crash )

Ya Karma the almost the whole coast of california is being rained on badly. IT may flood in the sand diego area. If we get flood warnings im going back to elko for the time being. Worst thing about rain in Ca is I think Californias drive better than most ppl but in the rain they suck. Accidents like crazy.
