Blitz wasn't great ... only Gadi had the gear and experience with the fight required, so we took basically a trio of wipes revolving around zandergeefo/jonratank learning how to play, and didn't have time or energy for more.

Ironically perhaps, Kuri/Raj/Moam all dropped epics (dagger/boots/chestguard).

No FotF last night, drops were Aegis of the Blood God, The Eye of Hakkar, and the Heart. My next WL is the Eye, gonna be hot in BC.

I'm getting close to exalted as well, and also 2 bijous away from having the 15 I need for the shoulder enchant. I think I'm like 14000/21000 now.

Is the FotF a good OH tho? What are you using now? Seems the Iblis is much better, and it's rapidly approaching free roll status.

The answer Talut is sorta. The Iblis is a MUCH better off-hand, but there are at least 2 rogues who actually will bid points on it (I am of course on cool-down) plus it is a rogue freeroll only item. Thus any dagger rogues who may or may not really use it have the opportunity to get it first, then I have a chance to free roll it.

So right now I 2H fury and I do just fine couldn't be happier, but come the patch, I don't think it is as viable a spec because of the switching of iron will and tactical mastery. So going DW fury is the path of choice. But right now if I go DW I have to main hand the spineshatter and off hand the Hatchet. I would much rather replace the spineshatter with something faster and better DPS stats. I would prefer the EoC or Iblis but I just don't see them coming my way in the next 2-3 weeks so I have to have back up plans. The FotF is fast and has a pretty high DPS (49.7 IIRC) for rage generation plus it has AP and a crit chance (I think). So it is better than anything I could buy. I am also after the Sand Polished hammer but everyone and their mother WL's that.

Well then I wish you luck on the FotF, I certainly put my time in to acquire mine. I think the Silithid Claw from AQ40 is a decent Fury Warrior weapon as well, but ZG runs twice a week certainly make the dagger more possible.

At least now there are many loot rules in place for WL that prevent a late comer from sniping WL's you've been there for the whole raid on.

I think the problem with the Silithid Claw is that it though it is fast, it is main hand only (someone correct me if I am wrong) and thus doesn't benefit me at the moment.

The difference is the Hatchet has a higher top end dps thus it makes all warrior talents sans execute better. So you want a slow high dps main hand and a fast offhand (to generate rage and white damage).

Another weapon you *may* be able to free roll is the Harbringer of Doom, trash drop in Naxx, pretty sweet dagger. Only prob is we have yet to see one.

I'm sure you'll be able to nab a FotF/Kuri Dagger/Naxx/BWL OH sometime soon.

Slow offhand is just as good if you have enough +hit Telva. I used a 2.9MH and 2.7OH and did just fine.

No, I refuse to take a dagger at this moment in time. Daggers belong in the hands of dagger rogues (like Nayle and Rion) and I would rather them use it because they would get more benefit from them.

Since I am pure dps tonight, I may try spineshatter/hatchet combo on the trash and see where I fall even though I am not DW spec at the moment. Ill be using the Axe on bosses so it wont matter anyway.
