Please educate me

Hokay, so we got me, a new player on DoW and i dont know any good stratagys. So what we gotta do it work out a way to teach me, BUT, i cant play online yet cause of some weird shit. I like to play as the space marines now (mainly cause of the drop-pods and big air strikes). so if anyone could help me i.e. teach me some good strats, it would be much appresiated.

GJ on making the effort to learn the game. Watch team tactics as well. It'll teach you the importance of never allowing a 2v1 situation on your teammate as wella s when to ask for help etc.

Couple of 101's as well.

When you gain an upper hand - press it but know when you are loosing it as well. Don't sit idle and let enemy build or rebuild.

Wherever and whenever you can deny enemy a point even if you don't cap it.

Learn what counters what and how to get there, that way you respond faster.

Once you have beaten an insane AI you'll be definitely ready for pretty much most enemy has to throw at you except the human micro and decisions. That comes with experience.


PS:
And when in a team game someone comes to help you please do not withdraw yourself and make level playground in enemy favor again- it's annoying as hell :tantrum:

You're talking about that game where it was 4v3 me and some random and bentusi, which was more like a 4v2.5

2bit did the "cool" thing by holding off; at least he didn't randomly quit in the middle of the game when his teammates desperately needed him.
