Photoshop help

I've never used Photoshop 7 b4 and I'm trying to learn. Apparently once u know what your doing its amazing but when u don't you can't do a thing with it. So I googled PS tutorials and found a few good walkthroughs. Anybody have any reccommendations as to where I could find some decent tuts? As you can see my sig sucks but hey its the first thing I've ever done in PS. Anything to help would be appreciated.
