Actually, according to property law Bin Laden may not own a "to him and his heirs" right in his assets unless he explicitly cedes them to his heirs upon his own death. If he did not assign the money to his niece or some other person, it could return to the state.

She won't get anything because his estate is forfeit.

She is not guilty of anything and deserves everything that belongs to her. If Bin Ladin had given his estate to her prior to his crimes then it would be hers. However, he did not. As such prior to her getting anything those assets are still tied to him... and tied to his crimes. As Bin Ladin effectively owes debts against those crimes if his estate is enough to pay for the damages in full... whatever is left can go to her.

As we know that he does not have that much... she cannot claim so much as a cent... because when all books are balanced... bin ladin has no fortune... he is in fact in debt... all she could hope to inherit are debts.

The United States however does not believe in the inheriting of debts however... so his estate is effectively bankrupt. There is nothing whatever for her to claim.

And the CIA is in no way in breech of contract. However, the CIA should give the money to some kind of 9/11 fund to pay some of the damaged caused by that event. As much of it has already be absorbed by insurence companies that's likely where the money should go. If this woman wants that money she can argue with the insurence company that paid the damages on the twin towers.

Edit:... wait, is that site bullshit?... seriously just answer me truthfully... I'd rather not figure it out... I looked elsewhere on the site and they appear to be exclusively joke stories.

Unconfirmed Sources political satire and news story parodies as represented above are written as satire or parody. They are, of course, fictitious.

Well i had a look round to and it did all come back round to this site. It could well be bullshit, but I found out from a usualy reliable person and this was the one place that I found it written down.
If I see him again i'll ask him where he pulled it from.

this explains why you buy into all those conspiracy theories... you're too loose with your sources.

Don't believe something unless it can be verified.

I said in my above post, which is taken DIRECTLY FROM THE ARTICLE, that it's completely fabricated.
