Hey guys I wanted to find out if there was any interest in this game from other TLSCers. NWN is my all time favorite game. NWN 2 is set to release Oct 18 out here in Canada. For those of you that are RPG fans you'll love this game. Its based on the D&D 3.5 rulebook. I fully expect anyone who ever bought Guild Wars to immediatly sell their accounts on E-Bay and commence harrassment of a gaming store near you! <3

NWN is good, but guild wars is primarily a PvP based game, which makes it infinitely better. :)

I dunno Quietus I own Guild Wars and I found it interesting for a short time. Maxed out 4 chars in the original got bored and started pvping got bored again and never bothered with the expansion. I've allready began brainwashing people I gamed with in GW to pick up NWN2!!! :D There is a GW exp coming out soon but for the life of me I can't remember it's name :lol:

I know who you were in Guild Wars. I am Oth.

I still play it to this day. The biggest problem is people see it as an RPG first and whatever else second. They need to look at it like Counter Strike, with some RPG shit added in.

Oth!!! :D GW is still a good game to me too. Just doesn't have the same lifespan for me. Goes somthing like this....2001-2004 NWN, 2004-2005 DOW, 2005-2006 Freelancer, GW, Civ 4, 2006 - present Warlords, Titan Quest, NHL 06. You can see which game had the longest lifespan. :D

Raziel You gonna be getting nwn2? If so get me on MSN man I feel its the best PC game ever made!!!!!! I feel a strong TLSC presence in NWN 2 would rock!!! If we don't have any interested players in the community as it is. I'll recruit us a community!

I have played NWN to death, and still love it.

The only thing I've played more are MMOs, consisting of UO and AC.

Looks like we can expect NWN 2 For Halloween after all. After alot of speculation that It would be pushed back once again because there hadn't been any announcement of the game going gold Atari announced on OCT 17th that it had gone gold. http://www.gamebanshee.com/news/static/EEyEEpEEuEatmSGHCU.php

I am sooo pumped for this. Haven't been this excited since the first time I went to an amusement park. My inner dork cant take it. Eb games tomorrow at noon. First impressions are making it even worse!!!
