Ok, now liquid explosives may be worryingly hard to stop... but a stick of dynamite? If we can't even keep dynamite of planes why do we even bother?

that's nothing new... so far as I know the airports have failed every single test they've ever had put against them... ever...

I think the FBI was able to get radioactive material on board a plane by just putting it in the luggage.

In all fairness however, our people DID find the explosives... country of departure's job to check his luggage.


However, it should be noted that a lot of the FBI tests were REALLY sneaky. They'd do stuff like like hide knifes in walking sticks... or in the seam of a belt... or they'd coat a pair of socks in explosive material... all kinds of james bond crap...
