Damn we are hot. Razuvious down on our second serious Naxx night.
This places us very near the top as a guild on this server if I understand it corectly.

Special Grats to Lard and Winsome for their dedication at becoming MC tanks on such short notice in such a bad ass dungeon.

well, I'm at work, having got a grand total of 2 hours of sleep, so I'm slightly braindead, but still buzzing from last night's excellent performance.

I should have slept before the raid, but I was just too excited. Now I'm paying for it!

just for comparison - how many attempts did it take for heroes to get razorgore down?

and for further comparions, my friend James' guild eternal reign, who are well ahead of OR in Naxx progression, took 34 tries to down him.

They're ahead solely because they spend 5 days a week in there.

So on skill and speed of beating encounters, we're as good as anyone. Something to be very proud of.

We had two phases of razorgore progress, the first was a "getting familiar" phase while no one had the cojones to sign up for the wipeage, we probably did 3 nights of 5 wipes each for that. The first night that we had a real crew show up ready we downed him in about 8 tries.

GRATZ on taking him down

hummm we had our first go at Razuvious last night, and got wtfomgpwned 15 times, sounds like we are usling the same tactics mage pull ice bloke MC rotation tanking using an add, while tank off tank the other adds as a pool to be MC'ed when needed. Though we are having issues with the pull and the MC'ing we just aint getting the timing of positioning right, back there tonight and hopefully we'll kill the bastard.

If one of our locks was willing to go soul link ferreal we probably would do the same thing your guild did (last Garb of Royal Ascention we assigned to Kent, don't think i won't call the favor in), but if it's an issue of sta/dmg (or even resist) only I think you're wasting the item on lock tanking, cause you could just make a flarecore robe. On the other hand, the more armor a shadow priest (or any priest) gets, the happier they are.

I'm more than willing to take the magic emp on in exchange for them though :lol:

I think it is a pvp/situational pve item, and as far as I can anticipate it would be open bid by classes that can equip.

And, you are lucky,or we are unlucky, cause I think we have cleared to Razuvious about 8? times and not seen anything but stygian bucklers and a nice piece of pally lewt.

The trash drops evenly off all the mobs supposedly, but all we've seen in a LOT of Naxx trash killing is - as stated - 2 Stygian Bucklers and 1 Belt of the Grand Crusader (or w/e it's called).
